On a side note this is Dave Chappelle's monologue from SNL where he references both Kanye West and Kyrie Irving.

Valid point. I kinda think that's part of rump's appeal - he said a lot of things which a good portion of Americans were thinking, but politicians couldn't say in public.
But there's also a good reason why people usually don't say these things out loud.
He started off right: "Early in my career, I learned there are two words you should never say together. Those words are...'the' and 'Jews.' Never heard someone do good after they said that."
🤷♂️And why do you think that is?
No. You know I like to keep mine buried. Heap a couple more scoops on to keep it firmly buried. Can we remove our heads from the sand now?

You state a very real statistic concerning their representation in the overall population. No argument about it, but the argument rarely ends there though.Really? If someone were to say to me, "Jews have a disproportionate amount of representation in the Entertainment business based upon their 2.4% population in America", I would agree with that. Do you disagree with that and, if so, what would it take to convince you of that? As I mentioned Nepotism is real but it is not a capital offense.

Correct. It should not be used to stifle conversation. Unfortunately, it is an emotionally charged topic. You could provide the same argument for other races or religions. The word "Holocaust" should not be a brick wall used to stifle conversation.

Was it real or not? Then it's pretty successful for being that brick wall that stifles all conversation.
Was it real or not?
The holocaust.Was what real?
The holocaust.
What makes the topic toxic are people like David Irving:

Again, you are correct. We are two relatively sane people discussing the topic. That is not always a given.Of course the Holocaust happened but people like Benjamin Netanyahu should not be able use the topic as a tool to not only avoid accountability but commit many of the same atrocities he is condemning others for.

If somebody - in this case Kanye, and Dave Chappelle - want to make a point that a specific group - here, a religious group - controls a business, they need to get the numbers on the table. Should be hard to do, how would you do that? Find everybody in, say, the music business, and make them produce paperwork with proof of religious beliefs? Some food for thought:
