Okay, please tell me that I'm not the only one that got the joke. Brittany Murphy starred in Just Married with Ashton (douche) Kutcher. She also recently died (two days after the original post), hence the "Moar liek Just Dead. amirite?" It was a play on words meant to be humorous (and brutal as well). Someone else made the connection too, right? C'mon man!
