Just got out the county jail

got arrested 2-18-10 for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon

was held on $15,000 bond until a few hrs ago.... 4-26-10

was eventually reduced to felony battery

i was looking at serious prison time.... aggravated battery with a deadly weapon is a 2nd degree felony in florida. Max is 15 yrs in state prison.... felony battery is a 3rd degree felony. Max is 5 yrs in state prison...


they had a hard time proving the brick was used by me so the charge was reduced to felony battery.

I was sentenced to 24 months probation... uh this sucks cuz I love dat kush lol, but hey it's better than state prison...

my attorney originally thought I'd get around 3 yrs in state prison. thankfully I'm on probation
