On the note of DP, I think it depends on how you define it as to how many times she's done it. If you say it's exclusively simultaneous anal and vaginal penetration by two penises then AFAICT she's only done it once. However, if you define DP as simultaneous penetration with two object of one or two of the mouth, ass and vagina then she's done it at least twice with the second time being mouth+vaginal penetration in a scene with Lisa Ann and two guys.
(Personally I define DP as the latter since it includes a larger number of circumstances in which two objects are inserted into orifices which are typically used in various sexual acts. Defining it as the former, IMO, is too restrictive)
