Journey 2009?

So Im watching the Download Festival on Palladia HD T.V. and heres Journey playing alongside bands like Korn, Limp Bizkit and Motley Crue with their lead singer that they plucked off You Tube.
And im listening to and watching this little Philippine(sp?) dude jumping around the stage full of upper middle-aged dudes, singing his ass off and as comical as it looked......I have to say, they sounded pretty good!
Any fans of Journey (Im not btw!) have an opinion? :dunno:

I was watching some on That Metal Show. Good to see Faith No More and Korn doing a Pink Floyd cover? No thanks. But the new guy for Journey is pretty good. He does the best Steve Perry impression I've heard. I heard the new Journey lineup first during the last Super Bowl and the dude won me over. Sure he isn't The Voice but he's good enough.

Nope, it was just once that he was rehearsing for a big band show at my community college, and when he got to the recital hall he realized he had left his stick bag at home. I happened to be the only person in the instrument locker room, and he asked me if I happened to have a pair of sticks, which I coincidentally happened to have a pair in my locker. He used them for the rehearsal, and, to this day, those sticks play better than before he used them. :yesyes:
