Okay, so he got drunk and insulted Bill Parcells. To my knowledge, that isn't a crime. Now, if the title of the video was "Drunk Jerry Jones sodomizes a masticating cow" then you could take issue with his behavior. However, Jones appears to over the legal drinking age (a few times over) and no laws were broken. It's not illegal to talk shit about the Tuna.
