"Is the Internet ready for another Jennifer Aniston nude photo scandal? This one appears to even include vince Vaughn, as the stills may be from the film, 'The Break Up.' According to the gang at Jossip, there are allegedly some new nudes of Jennifer Aniston floating around and they will soon be available for sale. Of course, Jen's lawyers have sprang into action and are already trying to shut down any and all who are trying to score some cash of Jennifer's well toned body.
Jennifer Aniston Nude Pictures Leaked Again?
The photos apparently are from 'The Break Up.' In the film, Jen does a nude scene while trying to impress co-star Vince Vaughn's character after getting her 'Telly Savalas' to tease her boyfriend and try to keep him from bailing on the relationship.

The mischievous Manhattanites give this report: Lavely & Singer – the Los Angeles power law firm that plays guardian to folks like Colin Farrell – is getting in touch with publications who might be interested in publishing a "nude or partially nude" photo of Jennifer Aniston that was, supposedly, unlawfully appropriated from footage shot for The Break Up, co-starring real-life fictional romance Vince Vaughn.
As you can imagine, they don't want the photo out there, as you'll recall what happened the last time a topless Aniston pic made the rounds. Teaming up with NBC Universal – which brokered The Break Up – they're firing off this note to anyone who might be tempted to purchase those leaked pics.

The preemptive cease and desist goes on to say that should you be in possession of any of said photos, you must return them to NBC Universal.
Jossip has the missive here."

I saw the pics on a couple of other forums. The following explanations from one of those forums makes the case that it may be real:
"Yea, this looks like footage that hit the cutting room floor and someone from Universal snuck it out, hence the statement about them wanting any photos "returned" to their studio. I wouldn't be surprised if someone picked up sliced film frames. It is not rare for post-production teams to have to trim, crop or edit material that the cameras pick up.
Also, this is exactly the same thing that happened to Kristin Davis while shooting a scene for Sex and the City, though HBO did air it."

"Anyone one who know about film knows that movies are filmed FULL SCREEN but framed for 185:1 or 240:1. This means that ALL of a film cell is used but only the framed part is shown in the film, depending on the ratio the director opts for. This is a picture of a FULL film cell that caught everything outside the directors intended frame. There is always this kind footage shot but it's never intended to be seen."
-----------------------------------------------------------------
"It's probably from the (rough) original footage before it was cropped/edited for the final cut. Probably to preserve its rating/satisfy some contractual stipulations (no topless nudity from Aniston?). It's easier to edit something out in post production, than it is to position the camera perfectly making absolutely certain that there is zero nudity. Then again, since Aniston isn't wearing something to cover her nudity, perhaps she was planning on a topless nude scene before someone of influnce decided it wouldn't be prudent."

"when they tape movies, they shoot it at one aspect ratio and then use a different one for framing when it gets edited. This is why in some cases if you go to a theatre to watch a movie, if the projector isn't framed right, you can sometimes see the bottom of the boom mic at the top of the frame. In this case, her tits were in the bottom of the frame on the original film, but when edited and put to print, they were framed out. This can explain for the reason why they don't show up on the movie, but somehow a full frame of the original film stock was leaked out, and therefore... we have Aniston-nipplage."
