My whole life and identity was revolved around my leanness. People assumed I was healthy but I had to be honest with myself and realize I was the furthest thing from that.
So sure I may not have abs anymore but want to know what I do have now?
A life where I’m not planning my entire day around going to the gym, I don’t constantly worrying about what I’m eating or if it’ll make me gain weight, I can take rest days without panicking about losing progress, I actually have a social life, my hormones are back to normal, my hair no longer falls out and I’m not tired and grumpy 24/7.
So please trust me when I say that being lean or whatever you think you need in order to be happy with yourself will NOT MAKE YOU HAPPY if you have to give up your entire life to have it. #asmalleryouisnotabetteryou #embracingit #gainingweightiscool #thickthighssavelives #edrecovery #transformation #selflove #fitness
