And like mentioned already, you board guys have the most voting power (1 board member vote counts like 4 times more than an anonymous vote). If you really want an OCSM to win the overall contest you should be able to do so. You just have to get the board members to unite and make it happen.

There is a plan for the Best OCSM category (not really OCSM of the year, but it should be for a deserving OCSM).

1.) Only OCSMs who have posted in 2012 are eligable.

2.) Eligable OCSMs will be nominated into the category via members and FO staff (this will come out down the road on how it will be done).

3.) There will only be 75 spots available (number set not set in stone yet). 4 of those spots are already taken by OCSM of the Month winners.

4.) Only members who have a freeones account and are logged into the contest page will be eligable to vote for this specific category.

So in short, every girl in that category will ALREADY be deserving of being there. It's a short list. The question will just be who members vote for.

excellent - although you have to be a glutton for punishment having to put up with Roald again! For fun why not add a category toward the end of round 3 where the best submitted "drawing" by an OSCM or a fan as selected by the Mods can be voted on. Winner gets a one on one with Bob!

Roald - bundle up those explanations as they will be used again and again.
