We went to Six Flags Great America yesterday. And I realized I can't handle roller coasters like I used to :weeping:

Maybe it was the heat, I dunno, I doubt it though. Every one of the coasters we went on fucked with my stomach a little. Nothing I couldn't handle. And a couple of em gave me a mild headache.

I grew up on these damn things and now I almost can't deal with em. I'm still perfectly fine with the drops, but other than that, I couldn't wait for the ride to be over so I could get back to stable ground...

This happened to anyone else as they get older? Or am I just uniquely fucked. My girlfriend was having the same problems.

Thats why I'm hoping it was the heat more than anything else. Heat index was over 100 there.

God I hope it was just the heat. It had been 4 years since I made it to a theme park so that could have played a part too...

She wants to go again in september, but I thought they were closed by then. Of course they'd be open around halloween on the weekends. Guess that would work.

ive always been so scared of big drops or loops in coasters.. i dont think ur too old.. just maybe in a different phase in your life
I used to not care at all about flying but as i got older i am a little more cautious and scared.. maybe its just the whole fact you get older and you are more aware of the risks and whatnot these things have hehe
