Violent, Exploitative Italian Crime Films, mostly made in the 1970s, occupy a nice spot in my Blu-ray/DVD collection right next to the Spaghetti Westerns. Seldom boring and usually entertaining many times even better with *****. My favorite ones are directed by Fernando Di Leo, Umberto Lenzi, and Enzo Castellari.
Anyone else a fan of these type of films? A documentary named Eurocrime! The Italian Cop and Gangster Films That Ruled the '70s is a good place to start to learn about these films.
