I actually have a sophisticated rating system that ranks Isis as no. 6 ALL-TIME in terms of pure physical beauty. And the 5 babes ahead of her are all retired, making her the hottest looking pornstar going! As if we're not mesmerized enough, she also happens to be extremely sexy!!
Even though she's finally getting some attention, I still feel she's underrated. Yeah she's definitely up there - maybe not top 5 but top 10.
I think in terms of physical beauty, yes top 5 (along with, say, Esperanza Gomez, Sunny Leone to name a couple), but she's got a way to go before she matches Tori Black in terms of both physical beauty AND amazing performances.
However, yes she is amazing and I hope more will follow.

Please take this the right way. It's not about saying how great we are, or that the women NEED or even WANT our forgiveness (and it's not forgiveness in the usual sense), it's just about how so many women fret about so much of this stuff (look at a woman's fashion/beauty/modeling/style, etc. magazine sometimes, or the cosmetics aisle at the drugstore sometime - or hell, just ASK an honest woman!), but here we are positively enthralled by Isis, many of us ranking her in our top tiers of pornstars (and hey, that IS something special!), and not really caring that much about these minor things at all...

I totally agree, but the benefit of this is surely that we get to see her in porn. Aside from the imperfections you mention, there's also her facial complexion and ankles. But if she was any more beautiful surely she'd be a model and then only a couple of guys would get to enjoy her, whereas now we all do.
The other benefit is that girls who 10 years ago woudl have been big stars now look like nothing compared to girls like Isis, and consequently have to do more extreme stuff to compete. Regarding your first paragraph, I'm not sure I'm with you on that, because I would probably rate Isis as more beautiful than many actual models. Let's not forget that models enjoy the benefits of the very best stylists, make-up techs, photoshoppers, etc.
