I highly suspect that this is the website owner's weak attempt to start a viral video phenomenon. She's PROBABLY NOT illiterate - it's possible, but I doubt she's THAT bad, so bad that she can't read a website from a paper. They could have easily written the damn site name on a big piece of paper or board and just had her read it. The reason they DIDN'T do that was because they wanted to make a video like this that people would pass around and ask "Is she the dumbest girl ever???"
