Well, I've always been interested in Manga/Hentai/Comics in general not for any kiddie porn aspect or any rape aspect (I've always been more turned on when everybody looks like they're enjoying themselves...real or animated), but just for rediculousness. Iono maybe I'm full of shit or what I just said doesn't make sense but it is interesting to think of why guys may be into manga.

From what I hear it's totally acceptable in Japan. It's around here, though its not really popular. Some ppl just prefer that stuff. I know when I was younger and an anime fan it was pretty hot but now... not so much.

basically what everyone said is right on. I do think that the fantsy of it is all the appeal. However, if I may add my two cents... I think that sex should be about the intamacy of two people, a lot of people seem to disagree with me on that, and those are westerners over here who are talking about actual people and not cartoons. anyway, I digress, a fantasy is just that, and it's a normal and a good thing, but a person should just be careful that it doesn't take over reality, as this one is entirely grounded in non-human contact. basically I think that anything that attempts to replace the human element in something that is supposed to be based in the body and the human, can be damaging to social and intimate relationships.
