Is it X-Mas 2009 or 2010?

In country where I live it's 2010 (Jan. 7), but what's with US? Is it named 2009 or 2010?

It just called Christmas, but since its typically celberated on Dec 25 it will be in 2009. you must celberate orthadox christmas.
