Is it time that football uses video evidence

Looking at the last few games it seems that football is getting faster and faster.
Games are decided by crapy refs. rather than football.What do you think? One of the arguments is time lost in a game,but sometimes players waste more time by play acting an injury. I know referees have only got a split second to decide and are humans and bound to make mistakes, but with the ammount of interests and money involved in the game is to big for technology to be ignored. Some of this mistakes are huge! Is it time for modern technology to come in to the equation.BTW did you see the Holland-Portugal ref.he went to the touchline to speak to the linesman.... Some one tell him what that thing in his ear is all about!
