Is it silly to spend $65K for 1 night in a Hotel?

the only way i would spend that much money on a hotel room is if Eva Angelina, Abbey brooks, Audrey Bitoni, Briana Lee, Miss Hybrid, Jennique Pain, Taylor Vixen, Ariel Rebel, Sora Aoi, Cierra Spice, Lolita Borgia and Shay Laren came in and did a reverse Bukake/orgy with me.

I mean 65k is a lot of money…I could finally afford to go to college, buy a decent sized house(nothing fancy), go to drivers school, get a decent car(once again nothing fancy) a few appliances for the house and maybe move to Canada……not necessarily all in that order…..but you get my point….65k is a LOT of money! Just one night at a hotel…..come on get real. Unless you have like a week to live or something and you’re going out to do crazy things

Conspiracy...
It would take some solid evidence to make me believe that's not a photoshopped pic in the 2nd post. I'm sure you see marine life and that it's a cool view, but that particular image is fake.

Link It's real.

Google search by image. ;)

Good luck buying a house with $65,000. I hope you're planning on buying a trailer.

No...if I had fuck you money, a $1000.00 dollar room would be more then I need. I might spend a g-note, but it would be more then I need, and that would be my limit...even if I was the only powerball winner in a record jackpot. That 65k could do a lot of good for an animal shelter, or the veterans, or a soup kitchen. You get the idea.

The only way $65k for 1 night would be okay would be if you got the whole place to yourself, and a few thousand friends for one big-ass party. Otherwise, you better make sure you leave with the towels, TVs, linens, furniture, appliances, carpets, fixtures, paintings, etc, 'cause you've certainly paid for it.

It's not worth it. Even if I had Trump money I wouldn't go that far into paying for a hotel. That's highway robbery.

The one I'm looking at includes free newspaper delivered to your room everyday. Seems like a good deal to me :)

Not true. I have a house in the suburbs of Cleveland I would gladly sell for 40k...put that 25k into it, and it would be laid out. And we're not talking about a gang riddled wasteland, or the kind of place that is infested with roaches and rats, or the kind of neighborhood that requires you to put bars on your windows either.

Maybe you're just used to living places that cost too much to live in.

Just think about the things you could buy with $65K.

With that type of money, you could put down a fucking kick ass down payment on a nice house that you can spend more than one night in.

Probably the most fucked up thing about it all if you think about it,is how many starving children around the world you could feed with that type of money, but rich greedy assholes usually don't give a shit about stuff like that, unless it benefits them or their image in some sort of way, which in turn would more than likely earn them more money.

No. Not if you are Tiger Woods. He stays in one of these types of rooms when the Dubai Open comes around in February.

No, actually, I'm not. I grew up in a very poor family and I am still far from wealthy or a comfortable living. I live in a tiny studio apartment with a dog, a cat, a snake, and my guy. For $570/month. I have less than that amount of money left over for myself after paying rent. Just because I'm a model doesn't mean I'm rolling in Benjamin's.

I grew up in hickville with a nice 3 story, 2 garage house that we could hardly afford. Right now it's on sale for $169K. My stepdad had to go bankrupt because he couldn't afford to pay the mortgage anymore and he lost his business because he couldn't pay that rent either. All of my childhood memories are at that house, and that house was specifically built for my stepdads family, his parents helped build it decades ago. No one had ever lived there before and no one lives there now. Just because we lived in it doesn't mean we lived a luxurious lifestyle. We could only afford to go grocery shopping once every few months, to feed a family of 6 people, and most of the year we lived off deer and turkey that my stepdad shot during hunting seasons. They got evicted from that house a few years ago, got evicted from their last house, and a few months ago had to move again. They don't have cable or internet, and at their last house they didn't have heat, cable, internet, or any hot water so they couldn't take hot showers, couldn't cook on the stove because that was broken as well.

EXACTLY. There are way better things to do with that kind of money. I'm always aware of how many people are worse off than myself, even with me hardly being able to afford my own life, and I still donate to charities whenever I get the chance. Today I had $1 on me, and on my way home walking from the bus station from work, I saw a guy collecting donations for the Salvation Army. I gave that one single dollar bill that I had to him.

That sucks, and I'm sorry to here it, but what I meant was in a State...like California, or New York, were the cost of living is much higher. I realize that your career isn't a guarantee of wealth, and opulence. Obviously in this economy, even people that have spent 20 years at a job, aren't safe from loosing it all, but my point was, there are home that are in the 65k, or less range, that aren't exactly in the dangers of violent neighbor hoods....of course they aren't sprawling estates either. The home I speak of is a basic bungalow. It needs work, but it's not ready to be condemned either. I grew up there, it was built in 1946, and my family has owned it since 1948. I wouldn't want to try and share it with 6 people, but a wife, and child or 2 would fit. More kids would not....at least for me, I like some space.

Especially if he plans on buying in Canada. Here in Alberta $65,000 will get you a trailer like you said or a really crappy basement studio apartment if that. In the US maybe it would go further depending on the city.
