Is it really that hard to date a Latin chick if you are an Indian guy?

I read on this one site that Indian guys don't have a tough time with White girls and Asian girls at all, one person even mentioned that Indian guy - Asian girl is pretty common in Thailand and some countries and Indian guy with White girl couples exist in Europe.

I am wondering, is it really that tough for an Indian guy to get with a Latina or do people online just make some crap up.
