Barring any psycho/physio logical "stimulation" - I'd be hard pressed to consider it possible.
Essentially, our sexual urge, stimulus and methodology are controlled by the ANS - Autonomic Nervous System.
The "Parasympathetic" Nervous System (PNS) and the "Sympathetic" Nervous System (SNS).
The SNS is responsible for "emergencies". Activity of the SNS results in increased heart rate, increased breathing/respirations, converting stored food in the liver into glucose in the blood stream, dilation of blood vessels to the muscles while decreasing blood flow to the abdomen etc. In other words, the SNS prepares the body for "instant action - be it a 'fight' or 'flight'".
The PNS is responsible for "maintaining balance and normalcy" - in other words, the exact opposite of the SNS. The PNS maintains "normalcy" in the body and reacts to "stress" inflicted on the body - especially from the "fight or flight" of the SNS.
In most (if not all) normal human beings, the PNS and SNS are in constant struggle. Their balance is what ascribes human behavior and existence - excited, aroused, drowsy, tired, wakeful, sleepy, "normal", jumpy etc.
Curiously, both branches of the ANS are responsible for different steps of sexual stimulus, arousal and discharge. Often referred to with the mnemonic "Point and Shoot" [(P)oint = PNS and (S)hoot = SNS], the PNS is responsible for erectile function while the SNS is responsible for discharge and orgasm.
