Look what they are doing to comedian Tracy Morgan, he was in a comedy club doing his act and made some remarks about gays and a gay advocacy group got their panties all in bunch and actually ****** an apology. That is total bullshit, the problem is special interest groups or those that have been victimized in the paste now take advantage of the situation. Interesting replies, y'all. I haven't talked to my friend since my shift ended that night so I have no idea what is going to happen/has happened. If he gets fired over this, though, I'll definitely be taking it to the papers and everyone who wants to hear it. Unlike the manager, I actually saw what was happening... To believe a ***** person over someone who has been a good worker for a long time is pretty fucked up, even if the race card is pulled.

No no no... My friend made no racist comment at all. All he told the guy was "please keep your voice down and watch your language or you will have to leave." Everything the customer told the manager was a downright lie.

I was at work last night, working the graveyard with a coworker and around 1:00 AM it seemed like the entire ghetto of Saskatoon decided to hop on a bus and come pay us a visit. One of the guys who did was this clearly ***** Black teenager who, while not yelling "Imma gunna fucking **** ya!" to someone over his cell phone, called my friend quite a few different slurs such as "cracker" and, oddly enough, "white bitch." Seeing as how the only thing my friend was trying to do was make him stop yelling/swearing and since it was no longer the 80s, my friend got offended and told him to stop being racist or he would call the cops.

Needless to say, the black guy got all of his panties up in a bunch and went and complained to management over my friend's accusations of racism towards him. The manager was furious when he walked up to my friend, but I think once he heard the story he calmed down, but my friend is still going to be reviewed by management because "racism is unacceptable in the workplace."

Laugh off? Well I've also seen more than a few black people get the crap beaten out of them for making racist remarks. Things are changing very fast and black people aren't given that same leeway as they from the 1970's till about 2006. I've noticed a lot of black people getting called out, fire, shamed and beaten down for making racist remarks.
