Is Google over the line?

This answer by Imagine in my "Accidental" Giant Navy Swastika Building Was No Accident thread is the basis of this thread.

It's a no-fly zone, ain't it? Are the chances of a holocaust survivor flying over that building and looking down at the appropriate time really worth spending money on?

Brings up another topic that is still in the works right now. Should ANYBODY other than military be able to see aerial views of military bases?

I personally don't think it should be allowed at all. I love Google but I don't feel it should bring to us military bases or on the street cam stuff like they do now. Had it not been for Google I don't believe such a big deal would have been made over it.

Any thoughts?

Just one example.
