It is a fact that Atheist rarely criticize Islamic faith and in my view it is good that they respect that religion.
I do not know whether Jesus was a Jew or not, but if he was it is ok for me.
May there be peace between religions since there is only one true God.

Are you fucking kidding me? As an atheist I criticize all religions. The only respect I have is for the right to believe what you want to as an individual. Institutional religion for the most part has a record of hatred and the stifling of scholarship. As a christian you profess to have faith in a book that you don't even know what it says. Most atheist have read enough of different texts to know how full of shit they are. Most religious people only know the select lines that their leaders have read to them during services. If you do not know whether Jesus was a Jew or not then there is a big gap in your knowledge of the bible. If you read any of these sacred books with a critical eye and any sense of reason then you will realize that they are nothing more than ancient "Harry Potter" stories.

Why is that so out of bounds? I don't try to convince religious people they are wrong...I just let them think what they want as long as it isn't imposed on me and my life.

Sabrina. The estimated number of muslims in the US is 4.6 million and 1/3 of those are blacks born and raised in the US. There are NOT 10 million. I have made the observation that people, sadly including Sabrina, have made up their minds without actually going to any source that offers the cold numbers and such. In their minds, the USA, Europe and other western countries are on the edge of being something like Pakistan. Sad, misled saps.
