I'd say the biggest difference is when you're having real sex it only matters if it feels good, and when you're shooting porn it only matters that it looks good.

Do you pick one from list, do you pick one you like the most or do you go with one you have least connection with? I have seen some pornstars giving both kind of answers. Most likely many pornstars (maybe not all) have emotions connected to their job, but they are rather just denying their feelings that might already exist, to make it look more professional.
