1) I love how conservatives continuously say that Raw Story or The Huffington Post are not,due to their liberal bias, reliable source of information but use Breitbart...
2) This is taking place in Canada, I guess Free speech laws are a biut different than what they are in the US
3) Apparently what G. A. Elliott dids fals under the definition of harrasment in Canada. So basicaly, he broke the law and he shall now face the consequences of it.

Every country should have free speech.

Perhaps it can be said that he has been persecuted because of his opinions and unfortunately that can happen everywhere.

Free speech is a very vague notion. Every democratic country has its own definition of it.
Ok, lets have a look at thse videos. The first is from Sargon of Akkad, a well known anti-feminist youtube account. I'll pass on this, it's obviously biased.
The 2nd is just a random women gaving her opinion on the case.

Oh come on. He had to make a computer game which has the goal to ****** feminists. He keeps yakkin at them after they tell him to stop this, whioch is harassment, clearly, and he pushes this issue to a point where he gets sentenced to jail.
