Hahahahah classic!!Where I am they show him @3AM. So I guess they are trying to make sure we are well rested.
I never sleep more than four or five hours a night. Doesn't matter how tired I am. It's part of my charm. It allows me to get a lot of reading and writing done, though.
I have ambien to help. Nights when I really need to get some solid sleep, I take it. It guarantees me about 4 hours, and doesn't make me dopey the next day. Talk to your doctor - Ambien, or Ambien CS is the way to go. There are generic versions of it, which are cheaper.
:2 cents:
I concur with lurkingshitface, Ambien works wonders

/\ well.. smoking is a stimulant. that was at least somewhat merited.
and yes, there are several sleepy time teas you can try. beware with any other teas. even white and green has caffeine and will keep you up. black teas are almost as bad as coffee.
Bob Ross' voice puts me to sleep.
Could you imagine that voice reading Good Night Moon?
Buddy, I swear I'm not coming around here looking to contradict you, but I have to again. Even Black Tea contains roughly only half the caffeine of coffee, and there is also the difference in delivery/absorbtion between the two beverages. The lower caffeine in tea tends to not affect a person as much as the same amount of caffeine in coffee/soda/whatever would. That's what several Google searches say, and it's what my body says.
I read an in-depth book about the history and methods of tea. I've never tried this, but I trust the source. If you want to decaffeinate regular tea, make a pot as usual, wait about 30 seconds, drain the water out and refill. According to the experts, all appreciable amounts of caffeine will be flushed out by this method, but you'll still have tea.
