I had some of her free sets on my old, now broken, computer...so I know they exist. Never came across a name for her, though.

Have you tried doing a deep search at AskJolene? Or check the bangbus website?

There is only that one set on Ask Jolene. I did check out the bangbus site and found out her name is Monica.
Still cannot find anything else though
