Important: about sigs and avatars

Hi,

You all know about the fact that hardcore pictures are not allowed at the Freeones Message Board, and if you don't, you should

Anyway, some of you have/had hardcore avatars or signature pictures. As this is not allowed, we started sending people that we noticed had hardcore pictures, PM's to ask them to change their stuff. And guess what: nobody changed anything.

So, this message is to let you know that as from now we will not send out PM warnings, we will just delete upon notice. If we find you ignoring this rule for a second time we will disable your avatar and signature possibility.

Seriously, people, the no-hardcore-pictures rule is needed to comply with existing regulations, not something we just came up with for fun.

Oh BTW: "hardcore" is any form of penetration (anal, vaginal, oral, or whatever can be penetrated with whatever body parts and/or toys) and people touching their genital parts in any way. So as for pictures of a girl (guy) spreading and technically only touching lips -> not allowed on Freeones Message Board.

It's not OK to post a hardcore picture as stated in the Board rules. It's OK to post a hardcore link because the picture is located on someone else's website. Do a search on 2257 and you'll know the why's.

Briefly, 2257 regulations require a website to maintain documentation on anyone with pictures or videos on a website performing a sex act. Maintaining all the documentation required for every performer would be overwhelming, especially if that person didn't actually create the pics or videos for the website that they are located. That's just one part of the regulations. A decision is upcoming by the courts this month to determine if all, some, or none of the 2257 regulations will be implemented.

As Aces & Jacks stated, it's a highly technical area of law (content....not the petty signature issue). People seem to think that running a website is all bits, bytes, and whatever...it's not. It's a complicated, messy pie, especially for those who run adult-oriented porn sites. It's a fucking mess sometimes to comply with the law. lol
