I always thought the Lakers or Celtics records in the MBA were much more impressive then the Yankees. Both because the sport they play has only been around a little over half as long on a professional level to acquire championships, and because they never had the monetary advantage for the length of time the Yankees have had where the Yankees practically buy wins.
