Watching Bill Clinton today speaking and wondered this. I've seen other recent Clinton interviews and it seems like he has more command of the facts and confidence. I know he's not held responsible now but he was a pretty cool cat when he was in charge. Don't take this the wrong way. I actually feel sympathy for President Obama but lately when he's out there explaining something it looks like he's still recovering from getting his shit pushed in ten minutes earlier.

If you could get rid of Obama and put Bubba back as Commander In Chief, would 'ya?

all i know for sure is i had money when clinton was president and im broke now and getting raped when i fill up for gas

Yeah, I'd love it if America put a black man in the White House.

Most likely. Bill Clinton is more assertive whereas Obama is akin to a marionette. He definitely would have gotten shit done.

I wanted Hillary over Obama so hells yeah I'd take my favorite president back. I love Bill Clinton. Greatest president since Roosevelt. Ay, I've said for the last two years that if Obama was smart he would ask Bill to be his Chief of Staff. Bill is too talented to be on the sidelines.

I think Bill Clinton was probably a more effective leader, but the state of the economy is such that I don't think any recent President would do a better job than Obama. There's only so much a President can do to jump start the economy, he can't get into the heads of businessmen and magically make them more confident. On top of that we're more effected by the actions of other countries then ever.

I've seen Clinton speak twice and this has definitely been the case.

Obama is as prone to sloganeering as any politician around and this has made wary Americans start to discount anything the man says.

I voted for Obama and now I wish I wouldn't have. Granted, I don't think much would be different today, but at least McCain would have stuck to his guns and stood up for what he said he would do. Obama apparently got castrated before taking office.

But to answer this thread's question: yes, I would love to have Willy back. Incredible speaker and our country was looking so promising again

Hmmmm - put back in a truly gifted leader or leave in a hapless, naive patsy, pushed into the spotlight to make sure that not only would a Dem take the blame for the nuclear winter of economic and foreign policy fucktardery unleashed by the Bush Demon Spawn, but as a kicker, it'd be a black guy too .... Must have been like Christmas and ten birthdays for the GOP when Rove outlined his master plan ... let's rob, rape and pillage, then go off to multi-million pound positions offered up by our corporate cronies, have our scaly worm infested peckers sucked night and day by the bastard offspring of our global assfuck AND ... AND ... we leave Darky to clean up a mess that will stain him even darker, soak into his soul and eventually transform him into an Uncle Tom demonoid for us to lob shit and rotten fruit at while we laugh, laugh, laugh .....

Sorry, what was the question?

When Obama said he had to take off to get with Michelle, he gestured toward Bill saying, "You're in good hands." I thought, "Yeah, you're right Barack. Why don't you get a one way ticket and go back to Chicago." I might disagree with Bill Clinton on certain things but never because he's an incompetent over-hyped idiot.
