Many eastern philosophy's consider questions like this. The idea is to attain as much virtue as possible, through your decided actions.
I say I would take the money, and hopefully, become a philanthropist. Invest in high gain tech industry (like Toyota or Bosch) and use the proceeds to better the world.
I voted No.
Simply because knowing exactly when I was going to die, is something I could not deal with.
It would affect they way I live my life and no matter how much money I had it would not erase the fact that I had sold my life for it.
No I rather carry on the way I live compared to knowing when I'm going to die.Not only that I'd die just 18 day's before my birthday and I'd only be 55 and that's way to young to die.As one of my life's aim is to become a dirty old man still pulling the young ladies:rofl2:
Hell no. Ditto Colonel's response on this one, plus, I'd only be 54, and that's just too young to die. Screw having billions - I want time with the people I love - that's priceless.
Nah, I don't think I could do it. 20 years might seem like a long time, but the years actually fly by very quickly and I would want to be around for longer than that.
Re: If you could be a billionaire for 20 years and then you would die - would you do
I'd probably do it. I'd be only 50 when I died, but then again who can guarantee I don't fall from a plane next year? Or get suffocated from four pairs of giant tits tomorrow? No wait, the latter I would do if I had the money
I think I would. I know money don't buy happyness, but they can definitely rent it for a little while. And also, I have seen to many people die young, and for some reason I don't see myself passing 40, so I believe I get the most out of the deal.
