I've always been intrigued by Simpson *******. I think I'm brainwashed by the televised court proceedings and the media hype years ago.
Anyway, I'll buy the book around Christmas when its marked down to $5 on the discount table.
I was watching Oprah last night (during a football game commercial break) and I had to laugh. The Goldmans/Browns will make about 17 cents per book sold. During the show, the audience would put in there 2 cents (opinion) by saying that they would buy the book but would never read it. Christopher Darden said that he would buy 20 books knowing that the money was going to the victims.
Lets do some math. $25 list price x 20 = $500
20 x $.17 = $3.40.
So, Darden spends $500 for the Goldmans/Browns to get $3.40. Makes sense to me. NOT!!
Amazon is selling it at a discount price for $15.
Although I will never condone what Simpson (supposedly did), I always wondered why very little news has come out about Nicole Simpson. Nicole didn't have the highest of morals. She was quite a tramp and a druggy. I wonder if a book will ever be written about her transgressions.
