Ok, not sure if anyone is still following this (and this might be old news) but here goes. Thanks to the many of you that have found pieces of the puzzle, I did some research. I have good news and bad news. The bad news is that there are TWO Sarkas and they have been getting mixed up with each other. The other Sarka, is just as beautiful, maybe even more so, but is not Laura Chen AKA Petra. THAT girl does ALSO appear in a czechcasting as Sarka. She is listed as being 18 while Laura is 22. Also, the trademark tattoo is not visible, breasts are different and her coloring is paler too. I believe that is the Sarka that appears on that Pimp N Ho's video someone linked to.

Confusing this further is that Susu Pergnerova AKA Sarcica AKA Sarka (as someone posted)
IS Laura Chen. Some modeling photos clearly show the tattoo at the back of the neck and the small gap in her teeth cinch it.
The confusion with the two Sarkas is made even more, well, confusing because BOTH girls seem
to have small gaps in their front teeth and the other Sarka never seems to show the back of her neck...
This other girl seems to have a plethora of aliases and is on many websites. She is known as Christina, Lynn, Lynne, Sarka, Tabitha and Whitney.

This Sarka seems to match the second girl. But since I haven't found a good picture of the back of her neck or have seen her smile, I can't really compare.
So to conclude: at the moment, it appears the girl we are looking for has done very little in the way of showing anything, apart from a little lesbian play in Freaky Free Ones. If I'm right about WHO she is in that one, she does show a little bit but never gets fully naked or has any kind of hardcore sex.
As someone pointed out, the worst part is that it looks like she is off of Tainster so we probably will not be seeing anything in that direction...
