This was a tough one. The image is flipped horizontally, and the watermark blurred.
The watermark reads igorshof.com, however there is also a version watermarked Voyeurweb.com.
I traced that one to a Photoset 'Colleen: Outside and In' uploaded to Voyeurweb.com on 20th, January, 2010, by User Voltaire.
She is named only as 'Colleen' there, but it appears 'Voltaire' put up another gallery of a 'Colleen'. Alas, it is behind a paywall.
