Yep, she may have her own Twitter account(s) but she's still not real.
This is the thing, to pose as a model these days people don't even need to steal someone else's pictures... they can just generate their own either by using automated tools or their own knowledge about this type of thing. Lots of fools still can't tell the difference. Admittedly, there are some really good ones and whilst this is a good one to a certain extent; it isn't in the sense that you can actually tell it's not real.
