ID Blonde around 90`s vintage

I also think the guy is Michael J. Cox, but i don't find the scene.
I have some questions about this screenshoots.

- Why it appears the script Premium Link Upgrade ? These are screenshots from your VHS or DVD? Or TV ripping?
- In the pictures "12658967_5.png" there is same scene and woman? It appears different.
 
These screenshot are from DVD.
This same commercial clip is in almost all the Leisure Time DVD`s. Usually in the beginnig of the video.
I dont know why there is this Premium Link Upgrade script.

Other stars in this short clip are Jill Kelly, Rebecca lord and these two unknown blondes. You are probably right about this 12658967_5.png blond.
She really seems to be different blond.
 
I think she is not Kim. The guy is 100% sure Michael J. Cox. But cant find any scene or female star looking like her with Michael...
I have also checked many different movies around that time trying to find a female looking like that but no hits.

This might be a long shot but could she be Marilyn Star? She has same kind of necklace in frontcover of DVD Marilyn Star Exposed like the last picture link above. 12658967_5.png blond Also checked some pictures from different forums and she looks a little bit like her. Unfortunately I cant make any clip from this video.
I could not find any scenes with Marilyn and Michel J. Cox
