I was abused by the cops an hour ago!

So here's my story for your viewing pleasure.

So eventually i get up to the window and i say to the cop "i came in here with an issue to discuss but now i have 2-3 issues and maybe four." so he asks me what are my issues. i tell him "first of all, this woman was clearly behind me in line but yet she walked in front of me and you waited on her and didn't say anything." he says, "oh,that's a mistake." so i laugh a little to myself but continue on with complaint two. I say "second, why does no one come out and ask the people in line if there is an emergency." he says "if there is an emergency, call 911." i say "what if i don't know that. or what if i just experienced something outside the police station." he says "well did you say anything to anyone." i say "no, i'm waiting in line like a respectable citizen." then he says "well i guess that's two mistakes we made."

in my mind he is totally down playing the severity of my point. then i laugh and say "maybe to you they are mistakes, but to me they show you are incompetent." then he says "so why don't you just go home." and i say "am i allowed to stand here and express my concerns?" and he say "go ahead what are your issues?" and i say "i'm still in the process of explaining my issues." then two different cops come out from behind the window, grab me by both arms, drag me toward the door, throw me out the door and say "don't try to come back."

i swear that is exactly how it happened. i never even got to explain what my original reason was for coming in. isn't that a sign of both unjustified use of force/assault as well as gross incompetency on the part of the entire police station for being neglegent of citizens waiting in line? do you think i could file a lawsuit against them and win?

I have been man-handled by the police more times than I care to remember or count! now what happened to you was so low on the totem pole that it doesn't even register in the realm of abuse!

It was merely an escorted exit from the building! holla and complain about abuse and your rights, when you get a shotgun racked and aimed @ you daring you to twitch a fuckin muscle (dat was the passenger cop and the driver side cop aiming his side arm @ me) the second they pull up on ya! dats radical and un-needed considering I was with friends peacefully talkin to some girls!

you can be upset or plead with everybody When you have a officer denting your person with his flashlight and the other with his "wooden thingy" a tonfa? I forgot what the actual name is for those night sticks?

Anyway they were cranking my arms behind my back and upwards for no reason, then You Might have a case! which happened to me a couple of times.. and guess what? no law suit, no complaint filed, you know why? cuz your chance of winning is slim to none, unless you have a camcorder pointing right @ the incident as proof!

If you don't have that proof? its your word against theirs! and you already know I, nor anybody else has got NO chance of winning that kind of case!

And even if I did win by somekind of miracle, it would quickly turn into a nightmare cuz those guys would be lookin to fuck me up everytime they saw me, and maybe even kill me??? who knows?

but I am sorry to say your incident was something that happens EVERYDAY to allot of people of all races and creeds in every city and state!! so just get over it!! thats the way shit is, whether you like it or not!! besides you should have just told them your fuckin life was just threatened and told them who it was and where it happened!! end of story!! :dunno:

Wait, what? We were keeping score? I thought it was 40 or so people who were offering you constructive suggestions about how to better get along with the cops.

How does someone respond to your your level of stupidity? I guess we'd have to ask you to get your mommy in the basement there with you and have her hit you on the head with a tack hammer.

Actually I do have another suggestion. Get an air soft gun and very publicly wave it around and point it at the next police officer you see so they will thin you from the herd.
