The year was about 1996, give or take a few years. MTV was the only place to see vids (with the exception of VH1). Anyway, I have never liked RAP, but the particular song I did happen to see once was pretty cool. To help those who might know what song I'm thinking about, I'll describe it as best I can.
The jist of the video involves the lead singer, driving what might have been a brown 1965, 1966, 1967, Chevy. He basically let a bunch of his friends climb into the trunk, and then sneaked them all in to the drive in theater.
The song wasn't the typical "cut you bitch, **** you cop" type of song. It was actually pleasant to listen to.
