That is either an unpublished photo of Liza Weil before she became famous, she was on that show Gilmore Girls. Or it could be Nikki Cox before a nose job.

The photo looks like it was taken a while back, she looks younger in the photo and her skin is badly sun damaged above her breasts and on her arms. When she started doing the show Gilmore Girls she probably went to the best dermatologist in Beverly Hills and got all kinds of spa treatments to make her skin look better. You can tell it is her though because even in the show Gilmore Girls her breasts are large and noticeable. Early in her career she did a movie called "Whatever", I think she got down to her bra in that one and you can really see them better in that movie.
