I have to admit I've probably been overly-critical of women in the industry who change themselves mid-career, which is a bit too judgemental and inconsiderate.
People are born with their own unique beauty, and to pick on things before -- or especially after -- they have cosmetic changes is only to give them more self-doubt.
At the same time, I've absolutely loved a few who did -- Angela Summers, Celeste Sunrise Adams, etc...
