Same in California. If there is alcohol served, the establishment can only be a "topless" bar. Conversely, if the club is full nude, they can't serve alcoholic drinks.

It really makes for a tough decision: Booze vs. Vagina :dunno:... (I smell a "this thing vs. this other thing" thread brewing!)

I never saw what the outcome was, but apparently some city up near Eureka, (it may have been Eureka itself, I can't seem to recall correctly) actually allowed full nudity with house alcohol until someone filed suit a couple of years ago.

In Michigan we have that whole if you serve alcohol you can't remove the thong rule. That's why we just cross the boarder into Canada if we want some good stripclub action.

Makes sense if you close enough. I would too thankfully I'm in Canada so for now I haven't got a worry as long as they don't start messing with the laws here.
