Same in California. If there is ******* served, the establishment can only be a "topless" bar. Conversely, if the club is full nude, they can't serve alcoholic drinks.

It really makes for a tough decision: ***** vs. Vagina :dunno:... (I smell a "this thing vs. this other thing" thread brewing!)

I never saw what the outcome was, but apparently some city up near Eureka, (it may have been Eureka itself, I can't seem to recall correctly) actually allowed full nudity with house ******* until someone filed suit a couple of years ago.

In Michigan we have that whole if you serve ******* you can't remove the thong rule. That's why we just cross the boarder into Canada if we want some good stripclub action.

Makes sense if you close enough. I would too thankfully I'm in Canada so for now I haven't got a worry as long as they don't start messing with the laws here.
