Yeah, this is one situation where I think, in general, fantasy should just remain fantasy - unless the risk of kids seeing the fuckers is extremely minimal.

The video can also be used as evidence. But the hard part of it is the actually charge. In most countries it would be indecent exposure. Which only carries a small fine. So I think the money you are getting of the sales of the video will cover that. Which means I don't think they feel it's much of a risk to them getting caught. Plus they can only be charged once for each offence.

The issue is there is very limited resource of local police until someone complained.

My point is there are 4-5 massage palours in around the corner where I live. But the cops never care much. I went in and they said they only provide facial, body massage.
