Well yeah, they're real (collagen or botox). She's a fetish model. The over-sized lips and giant, fake clown boobs are part of her gig. She's pretty popular, so I guess some people are into it. :dunno:

Thankfully, Sabrina can go back to her cute self. But when I first opened the thread, I thought they were real and I :eek: for a second. If she'd saved that pic for April Fool's Day, she'd have gotten me.
