So you're comparing a bunch of liberal college students and a few professors to an entire nation of people thriving in a socialist environment? That's like me saying I know asian culture because I've been getting my nails done since I was 10. If you have been to Scandinavia then you know why I ask you this. They are happy fucking people. Friendly and educated and interested in the arts and culture. They have no problem paying high taxes because of what they get for their taxes. There are plenty of wealthy people there but very few poor ones and none living in squalor or homeless and they know there kids will have food every day and if they are sick it won't cost them their livelihood. Plus they don't live on credit like we do here in the US and ride bikes to work and enjoy life.

But to answer your comment. A major university is a pretty good place for gauging and being subjected to the liberal viewpoint and conservatives are generally in the minority.

I never mind paying for quality and you almost always have to pay for quality. What people don't realize is that cheap - mass produced ingredients that come to the restaurant on a semi truck in a 5 gallon bucket. I am in restaurant kitchens several times a week and can tell you that the good ones never get anything delivered on a semi truck or in a bucket but that costs more and you have to be willing to pay for it. And when it comes to food there is no greater product that you get what you pay for is more appropriate.

I believe that affordable eatery can also provide good service if the owner so chooses.
Fresh products are very important thing when making food.
Frozen products and can food = not good
