I try to post in the ID forum, i am trying to ID a lady from a video, it looks like the posting went through but i dont see it anywhere it has been weeks and days since i re-tried to do it kindly help

Your posts will appear automatically after you have five posts and an admin has activated your account. Keep posting, you'll get there in no time.

Actually, you have 2 problems. The link you posted is banned and you keep creating the same request, so those threads are being deleted by the admins/mods.
