I agree. But there's not a goddamn thing I can do about it. With most online contests you're going to have bullshit like this. I can guarantee that if voting was restricted to members who have been here for longer than a year, you'd see different results.
Your beef is with the new members. I say we grab some torches and pitchforks and start hunting.

I don't understand this thread. The two winners have been Nikki Nova and Miss Hybrid - both OCSMs who are very active on the board. Both had new members signing up left and right to vote for them and I do not see people complaining when certain members go into their threads and brag about how they got twenty of their friends to sign up and vote. Briana is an active member of this site - maybe not as active as other members - but I do not understand how that excludes her from being nominated and winning.
Do i want Spexy to win OCSM? Hell yes, I do. She is (in my opinion) the best OCSM on the site. But no matter what these will turn into popularity contests, so why not have Briana win when she actually does participate in her thread?

You answered your own question. Spexy is a better OCSM. She will lose even though she deserves to win over Briana. Spexy has enough class to not spam sites asking people to come onto Freeones and vote for her. Class used to count, so sad it doesn't anymore.

Another thing I find annoying is how OCSM's come here and have like 300 posts (or another small number of posts) and they end up having like 50 million rep points. I mean wtf? SERIOUSLY?!. It's horse shit so it is. They have contributed very little to the posting on here and they are repped like they are Gods. It's insane!. Rep should only be given through what is liked (or disliked) in the posts. At least this is what I think. Maybe if this train of thought was used more then these OCSM's with small post counts wont have the rep scores they have at the end of the day.
Contributing to the forum is the name of the game.

Sadly some of these people don't get it. They don't see anything wrong with fucking over good OCSM's that have been on here for years and earned the right to be in these contests. Instead they swoon over any new lady that comes on here and posts a bunch of pictures. I can see why so many OCSM's don't post on here anymore, they figured out loyalty doesn't mean shit. Pretty sad state of affairs on here. I told Jinxy if I am ever stupid enough to join one of these contests again, please smack me.

If this was simply Roald picking a OCSM to win then that would make sense, but in voting the best candidate doesn't always win. There would still be complaints if the higher Ups decided to implement a 6-month policy to vote. There are a LOT of members who have been here this long and haven't been noticed since they don't post in one of Jack Bauer's eighty threads a day. The best candidate would still likely lose that vote as well.

You are an idiot. I have no issue with her personally. I do however know there are better OCSM's that should win. I hate people like you that try and make everything personal. Briana is nice, she is pretty. Do I think she is a good OCSM? I don't know, she hasn't been here very long. Do I think there are other ladies that deserve to win? Yes I do. Do I wonder how you have so many posts in such a short time? Yes I do. Do you live on here?

Frankly it would be better having Roald or Petra pick. They would take everything into account. People are going to bitch no matter what, so they should make voting harder. There should be more requirements on the OCSM's too. Haven't you noticed the most active OCSM's don't post as much anymore?

I am joining the other OCSM's and not posting on here very much anymore. Better yet, I'll just hang out in my own thread and be selfish for once. I'll just talk to ass kissers and post a bunch of pictures. It will be nice for once to not care if this forum is going to hell. I'm tired of actually trying to be polite and giving a shit.

Wow, take it easy honey, after all it's just a board with people trying to have a good time and make some fun.
There's no need to be angry, nor to start being agressive towards other people. After all, you can't do good to all the members of the board. You filtered your complaints, some people agree with you, some don't. What's the big deal? You probably started the thread to make some things clear, to explain what thoughts were living in the minds of some OCSM's, and it's all very understandable, but you can't blame people not to agree with you. I agree with you that the contest perhaps could be more strick towards members voting (more posts and more time on the board), but for instance I don't agree with new OCSM's can't win because in your opinion they don't post enough or they don't contrabute enough outside their own threads.
That's why I thought the monthly contest would be a nice 50/50 agreement, so new OCSM's would have a chance as well. If they are active enough, they make name on the board quite quickly, so they can succeed. It's all got to do then with being seen on the board. But you can't force them to offer prices to other contests, although it would be a nice effort from the specific OCSM if she wants to join the contest.
Anyway, let it rest for a while because it's obvious this thread you started with the best intentions is now getting on your nerves and You Might post some things you regret tomorrow or next week.
Just my two cents... just saying.
