sorry to weigh in with a 'professional' opinion, but that's NOT a fake... s'not the weirdest thing you can find out there, either...

capgun, lightbulb, worchester sauce bottle (the ink is metallic... you can read the brand), hairbrush...

a vibrator that's still... shall we say 'functioning' looks blurred.'

A doc I know read 1 such film 'this is clearly a sonivibe Model 100.'

yeah having to remove odd objects from people's rectums isn't totally uncommon........however I do think that picture is a fake, Notice how the bottle looks white and the bones adn everything else has a blue tint to it. I've seen quite a few x-rays, and I've never seen anything quite that white, or atelast sucha dramatic difference in the same x-ray
