State what you think they should do to speed up the pace of play.
- For intentional walks: Just tell the umpire you want to walk him and send him to first base without the lobs. (Like softball)
- During pitching changes: The reliever comes in and goes right away with no warm up pitches. (They throw 20-30 pitches in the pen)
- Umpire enforcement: This year was supposed to have had this so do it already!!! (Constant timeout calls & pitchers stepping off the rubber)
