For anybody to make any kind of money in it they either have to be the type of person that does a insane amount of scenes a year (And probably have very few limitations on what they are willing to do. That means they might have to do anal, d/p, gangbangs, interracial, or other dumb things if they want to or not. A career in the industry is also very short for all but a small percentage so it's not like they are making that money for decades. A lot of people don't even last 6 months. Like a lot of things in life, porn isn't really the pathway to riches for the performers like some people make it out to be unless your lucky.

Blowjobs: $200-$400
Straight sex: $400-$1200
Anal sex: $900-$1500
Double Penetration: $1200-$1600
Double anal: $2000
For niche stuff like midgets or trannies, the girls generally get 15% extra.
Girls like Hillary Scott who’ve been in the business a while make about the same, but more toward the higher end of the scale. But according to Frank, Hillary in particular liked to work, so her rates probably went down. A bigger star like Amy Ried or Eva Angelina makes “way too much”. Frank said that “girls like that have inflated rates because they don’t like to work as much as, say, a Hillary who loved to get nasty 24-7″. This is pretty much the best answer you're going to get. It varies depending on who the girl is working for, whether it's amateur, whether it's for a bigger website like SexArt, and what her limitations are. It also depends on how often and how many scenes she shoots. But the rates shown in the above post are pretty much as accurate as you're gonna get.
As far as how big her boobs are, how attractive she is, how nice of an ass she has, etc. That doesn't really factor in like you think it does. Sure, if you're one of the most gorgeous women out there, like, say, if Megan Fox were to do a scene, she'd get paid thousands upon thousands. Because she's huge, she's a big deal. But someone who is your average looker, or a little above average, it doesn't make much of a difference.
Now, when I was doing b/g videos and whatnot, if I remember correctly, it was $250 for a g/g, $250 for blowjobs, $500 for standard b/g, and if I would happen to do anal (which I didn't at the time) it would have been close to $1,000, and I believe I got $750 for b/b/g. It's not as much as you'd think. I did try a little escorting on the side. The other girls who did escorting with the same company got I believe $250 for one hour. But because I was only available so often (once a month for a few days), I got $350 for one hour and the guy booking the appointments didn't take a cut from me like he did with the other girls. Now, all of this wasn't high end or anything, this was borderline amateur, so those were all rates for that level of work. If I had gone to LA and shot videos for a bigger company, I'd have been paid at least double what he was paying me for the websites we shot for.
So to put that all in perspective, say I were to shoot... 5 b/g scenes a month. I'd make roughly $2500 per month. That's not very much. Though that is a lot more than I make at my day job. That's more than twice the amount of money I make per month at my day job.
Oh and the guys who I shot with didn't get paid at all to shoot the scenes with me. They were just in it for the fun.
