Some people are sadistic and/or hateful. Plus, people (mistakenly) assume that all the directors who do Latina, Asian or Black/interracial focused porn like Latinas, Asians or Blacks. Depends on the director I suppose. The one that I worked with when i did porn with other people (right now I just do solo), he told me the things he wanted me to do, like which positions he'd like to see, before we started shooting. It was just a general outline. For example:

"So for this video, I want you to start with some kissing and touching for maybe 5-10 minutes, then go on to giving him a blowjob, then he's going to eat you out. Then maybe you can do some more kissing and touching, but just for a minute or 2, and start with some missionary. We'll switch it up with some doggy, you on top, and side by side every 10-15 minutes or so."

Then during the video, if we were taking too long on one particular position or action, he'd stop filming and say, "Guys, come on, let's move along." In other words, if we got too carried away with each other, he'd get us back on track.

Then there are other films where there is more of a very general outline. Usually the beginning is pretty specific, but as it gets further into the video, it's more... lenient.
